1. APPLICATION OF TERMS
These Terms apply to your use of the Service. By using Hyvor Blogs (https://blogs.hyvor.com) as a customer you agree to these terms, and where your access and use is on behalf of another
person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these
Terms on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that
person is bound by these Terms.
2. BLOG ELIGIBILITY
Your blog must comply with all applicable laws, including laws relating to online conduct and
acceptable content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
eligibility requirements or our broader Terms of Service.
2.1 Content
- You are solely responsible for the content you post on your blog. This includes text, images,
videos, links, and any other materials.
- You must have the right to use all content you post. Do not post copyrighted material without
permission or outside of fair use guidelines.
- While we do not fact-check posts, deliberately spreading misinformation or false news is
prohibited.
- Be respectful in your interactions with other users. Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
will not be tolerated.
- HYVOR is not liable for any content posted by users. However, we will cooperate with legal
authorities if required by law.
2.2 Prohibited Content
Hyvor Blogs strictly prohibits the following types of content. Posting any of these may result
in content removal, account suspension, or termination:
- Illegal Activities
Content that is illegal or promotes illegal
activities under local, state, national, or international law. - Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that promotes hate, violence, or
discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender
identity, disability, or age. - Harassment and Bullying
Content intended to harass, bully, or intimidate
other users or individuals. - Adult Content
Pornography, sexually explicit material, or content with
excessive nudity. - Violence and Gore
Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or content that
glorifies violent acts. - Personal Information
Sharing personal or confidential information about
others without their explicit consent. - Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that violates copyrights, trademarks,
patents, or other intellectual property rights. - Spam and Malicious Content
Spam, phishing attempts, malware, viruses, or
other malicious code. - Impersonation
Content that impersonates another person, company, or entity
in a misleading or deceptive manner. - Self-Harm
Content that promotes or glorifies suicide, eating disorders,
or other forms of self-harm. - Terrorist Content
Any content promoting terrorist activities, extremist
ideologies, or recruitment for terrorist organizations. - Child Exploitation
Any content exploiting or endangering minors,
including child pornography. - Misinformation
Deliberate spreading of false information that could cause
public harm. - Drug-related Content
Promotion of illegal drugs or misuse of prescription
medications. - Weapons
Content promoting the illegal sale or use of weapons. - Gambling
Unlicensed or illegal gambling content.
SUBSCRIPTION
Hyvor Blogs is a subscription-based paid service. Bloggers are required to pay the Fees to use
the Service. The Fees vary based on the selected subscription plan. Features and plans are
described on our pricing page. Pricing is shown including applicable VAT
charges.
- Each plan has limits as described on the pricing page.
- You can switch between plans anytime. Both upgrading and downgrading will be prorated, and you
will be billed immediately when changing the plan.
- We do not provide refunds unless under exceptional circumstances. We invite you to test our
service in the trial period before subscribing to paid plans.
- If your payments fail, you will receive an email notification with a link to update your
payment details. If the payment fails after 4 attempts, your subscription will be cancelled
automatically. You will need to recreate a subscription if you wish to continue using the
Service.
